The Person Behind the Firm
Meet Rose Torossian
Rose is the driving force behind the firm — a dedicated lawyer and mediator who brings both compassion and precision to every matter she handles. Over the years, she has worked across a wide range of legal areas, gaining valuable experience in civil and criminal law, including debt recovery, family law, employment and discrimination matters, and complex litigation.
Her legal journey has taken her through some of Australia’s key courts and tribunals — from the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the Sydney Local Court, to the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, the Fair Work Commission, and the Australian Human Rights Commission. These experiences have shaped her into a confident advocate who understands that behind every legal issue is a real person seeking clarity, fairness, and resolution.

Our logo tells the story of heritage, purpose, and continuity. Inspired by Rose’s Armenian ancestry, its centre features the Armenian Cross, or Arevakhach — the Wheel of Eternity — a timeless symbol of life’s ongoing cycles and renewal.
Rose personally designed the concept and colour palette to capture the essence of balance and resilience, blending cultural tradition with modern professionalism.
It represents the firm’s guiding philosophy: that the law, like life itself, is an evolving framework — one shaped by the values we choose to uphold and the connections we continue to build.
